MEET OUR FIRM NIGHT SPEAKER: SHELLY SWOPE with Accent Southwest Windows and Doors

My name is Shelly Swope. I have been a Sales and Design Consultant for Accent Southwest for 10 ½ years. While getting divorced with two young children, I decided to go back to school to get my degree. I graduated from UNM with an English/Technical Writing major and Communication/Design minor. That led me to the legal field where I worked for an HOA management company, real estate attorney and the 2nd Judicial District Court. Though I am fascinated by the law, I was unfulfilled in the path I was on. I made the decision to completely change my career. Though I did not have any sales experience, Accent SW gave me a chance in a sales position. I started at the bottom and learned as I went along. That decision was life changing for me. I love the company I work for, love what I do and am happy and fulfilled in my career.

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, do home improvement projects, travel, play golf and soon bike around town on my new electric bike!
